Hi, I have a problem with BSOD, randomly shutdown my PC when I work in Google Sketch Up. What should I do to repair that problem? Here you have minidumbs, hope you can help :)
Thank you
Hello
Unfortunately none of your dumps load. Try grabbing them again following the instructions.
Can you tell us:
- Age of the hardware?
- Age of the OS installation?
- Whether it is under its warranty?
- Have you tried anything to resolve the problem yourself?
- Did you run a full scan with MSE recently?
- Please uninstall tools like Glary utilities from your computer
- Run Disk Check to make sure your hard drive is fine Disk Check
- Run the system file checker 3 times and more than 3 times if its unable to fix corrupted files SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Let us know the outcome
So I tried it again, here you have it.
1. Well, the whole computer is maybe 2 years old, my friend has built it.
2. The same, 2 years old, no re-installs, nothing.
3. Well I'm not pretty sure, if the computer is more than 2 years old, but if it is, it's not under a warranty now.
4. I wrote on that forum already, but we didn't solve that problem. I've created a new thread, because none of helpers answered after a few days.
5. No I didn't, but I'll do that.
Sorry for my English, I'm from the Czech Republic :)
