    BSOD while ASC scan

Hello everyone! The title basically says it all, I double clicked Advanced SystemCare in order to scan my 1 week old laptop T-T, and then out of nowhere...BSOD appeared! It took a fairly long time for my system to reboot, and then when it did, it didn't have that "Windows has shut down due to an unexpected error" thingiemajigger. So...that's bout it!
I would greatly appreciate any help! Thanks

    Welcome.

There are no dumps in your zip file. Why are you using Advance System Care? It creates problems rather than solve.

I'd suggest you to uninstall it and install Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows MSE and run a full scan. Also Malwarebytes free version from here Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer for another full scan to ensure you're free of viruses.

Do that (+ remember to uninstall any other antivirus you are having installed before installing MSE) and post back results.

Make sure you're following https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html correctly and post the dumps you get next.

I agree with koolkat. Advanced System Care will cause more problems than a virus.
I wouldn't recommend using anything from IOBit. I will go away not and let koolkat help you with your problems.
