    BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0xOOOOOOD1

Have been having frequent BSODs and am getting primarily three stop messages:
    0x0000009F Driver Power State Failure
0x000000C4 - with no clauses but copy indicates a Driver Verifier issue and Norton 360 is installed
0x000000D1 Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal

This is my main business laptop, and can't afford to have it go down mid-presentation.

Have returned this to Best Buy twice, they can't find anything, I need to know what to do

I have images of blue screens available if they are needed, please advise.

    Any help is greatly appreciated

    Welcome
Your problems seems to stem from a driver. Update driver, from the website or uninstall software.
