Getting BSOd Please help

hi everyone
I got my first BSOD when I was using windows xp 6 mnths back. At that time I changed my RAM and everything started working fine ... Now Again I got BSOD
Now I'm using windows 7 ..
Please help

What were you doing at the time when your computer blue screened?

All I can say seeing this is, please update all windows updates+SP1 OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
