I will. I've run for two days now without any issues. I haven't done anything too strenuous though, just web-browsing, downloading some files, and music playing. Think I'll try some games today and see if what that entails.

How long should I wait to confirm it's stable? I was thinking if by the end of the week I didn't have any issues it might be worth it to place the rest of my RAM back in. But let me know what you recommend.

I also want to express my thanks for all the help you've given me. I really appreciate your patience and advice. I will definitely recommend the Win7 forums to anyone else that needs tech help, you guys are great.

Play the most demanding game (stress the computer) for a few hours.
If the system is stable then run a stress program.

CPU - Stress Test with Prime95

    Run Prime95 torture test.
First open RealTemp to monitor CPU temperatures, don't go over 77°C.
Open Prime95 and stop the test if it is running, in Advanced tab select 'Round off checking', in the Options tab select 'Torture Test...', in the window that opens select 'Blend', after 'Number of torture test threads to run' enter 4, then click OK to start the test.
Run it for at least 2 hours.

If everything is still stable you can add the two RAM cards.
If it's not stable, post all of the CPUZ snips, need the SPD tab to check the RAM specs.

Can you download CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.
For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.

Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and the CPU integrated memory controller voltages are.

Played some Crysis for awhile and no problems.

Then ran Prime95 for 2 hrs on the settings you told me to. No problems or errors.

Good news, looks like we're making progress.

Did you install the other two RAM cards yet?

If not install them, let me know if it's stable.

I've installed the RAM. So far seems stable. Should I run any tests to confirm that? Like Prime95 again on those same settings as before?

That's good news, hope it stays stable.

You can run memtest86+ again or OCCT, which will be much shorter, 30 minutes is enough.

If you want to stress the CPU and RAM you can run OCCT.
    OCCT stability checking tool
Run the CPU:LINPACK test for at least 30 minutes, be sure to monitor your CPU and GPU temps.
Set the time before you start.
    Set the Memory at 90%.
When its done, pass or fail, it will make some graphs. Post these here as they are useful for analyses.
Don't run any other programs while running the OCCT test.

Okay. I ran the OCCT test at the settings you suggested.

Passed the test with no problems. I've attached the graphs.

    Everything looks good and stable.

FYI, all the monitoring programs are showing your CPU Vcore voltage at 1.5v, this is an error probably due to your motherboard. If it was actually at 1.5v the CPU core temps would be running much higher.
Nothing to worry about, it happens to varying degrees on most motherboards.
Just to be sure, check you BIOS setting for the CPU Vcore, post the setting here.

    Looks like you're stable.
You can mark the thread 'Solved'.

    BIOS reports vcore at 1.056v.

I think I'm good for now but if I ever have questions or problems again I'll be sure to come here first.

Thank you so much for all your help. I really appreciate it. You guys have been amazing.
