oh its out of return date
Are you sure its run out of warranty? and are you having these issues/blue screens from the time you purchased it?
There is a return policy but it is past the 30 day return limit and i had troubles installing windows 7 at the start. It couldn't format my drive for some reason but then I deleted the drive and selected new and then it was fine.
Alright,
Let me tell you something about the new bug check you got.
BugCheck 1000007E STOP 0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD Index
Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control.
This bug check including your previous bug check are both related to hardware. (Hardware as in any part. It could be the motherboard, the ram, the cpu, the gpu, the usb ports..anything!) Asking for your msinfo32 file now is out of question as you were facing problems with this laptop from the time you purchased it.
Getting straight to the point, I would advise you to take the desktop back to the store you got it from and explain all the issues you had with it from start and see what they can do for you as its already out of its return policy.
I wish you good luck and am sorry that I couldn't be of more help.
Let us know your final decision if you feel like.
hmmmmm... I dont have the money to buy a new laptop and I bought a custom made pc so this is awkward
No just a computer with all the hardware installed but I had to install the drivers etc... I mean custom made my not a company making them like Acer or Alienware.... Do you know where to get a really cheap gaming laptop?
Custom and cheap rarely go together, have a look here,
