    BSOD: Playing Online Game (Elsword)

Recently I have been experiencing blue screen errors when I play this online game called Elsword. It occurs randomly as well. I can play for a few hours with no issues, or in a couple of minutes my computer will either freeze or give me the BSOD. When I reload my laptop, I sometimes experience the BSOD when I'm putting in my password to log into Windows.

    Welcome

While I go through your dumps

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this:

    • Click on the Start
    • Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box
    • When it opens, go to File, Save
    • Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember
    • Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info
    • Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder
    • Upload the .zip file here.

I'm not sure if this is what you asked for when you said DirectX Diagnosis, but here.

I would also like to point out that when I play the online game, sometimes my computer will randomly restart out of nowhere. Sometimes the screen will show a glitchy effect, then freeze. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

I got this laptop a year and half ago. I don't think it's under warranty.
