Had a BSOD a few days ago. Got busy and forgot to upload it here. The interesting thing was it happened as Ventrilo was opening. I don't know if that helps.

    Last crash on 8 Nov:
It's blaming the xnacc.sys driver - XNA Common Controller Driver [XBox], XBOX 360 Controller
This is a Microsoft driver, can you check for an update?
Might have something to do with your 'XBOX 360 For Windows Headset'
    Code:
    STOP 0x0000010D: WDF_VIOLATION
    Usual causes: Device driver, ?Memory
    Probably caused by : xnacc.sys ( xnacc!FxIoTarget::SubmitLocked+d5 )
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000006, A fatal error was made in handling a WDF request. In this case,
Parameter 2 further specifies the type of fatal error that has
been made, as defined by the enumeration WDF_REQUEST_FATAL_ERROR.
Arg2: 0000000000000003, The driver attempted to send a framework request that has
already been sent to an I/O target.
Arg3: 0000057ff0ae1188, The WDF request handle value.
    Arg4: fffffa800f4eec80, Reserved.

That would make sense. Ventrilo would have to load/use that driver for my headset. (My headset is a xbox360 one that works on computer through an xbox controller). Last night when I did Windows Updates, one of the updates was:
Microsoft - Game Devices, Other hardware - XBOX 360 Controller For Windows
    Installation date: ‎11/‎13/‎2012 11:32 PM
    Installation status: Successful
    Update type: Recommended
Microsoft Game Devices, Other hardware software update released in August, 2009

We will see if that will fix it.

    Thanks again!

Guess who's back? Since November things have been fine. I upgraded to Windows 8 early December. In the last few days I have started to get BSODs again. Would you like to help me on this thread, or should I move and start fresh on Windows 8 forums? (I would link to this thread to help them)

    Sorry to hear that.

Start a thread in Eight Forums and post the link here and I'll take a look at it.
