BSOD error occurs randomly, perhaps a hardware issue?

    Attachment 230815

hey everyone, i'm new to the forums.

this problem has been occurring since the beginning of the year, but i never really came around to addressing the problem until now. my laptop will sometimes shut off (happens randomly as far as i can tell) and reboot itself; upon log in i'll receive a message from windows saying that it shut down unexpectedly, with the "blue screen error" being the culprit. i uploaded the dump files - can anyone please help me figure out what the problem is, and perhaps find a solution? thanks in advance!

    Welcome aboard.

Please fill up your system specs.
First, see your system specs and then put those information here.

And let us also know how old the computer is, and if it is still in warranty or not.

There is Daemon tools installed. A very well known cause of Crashes.
    Code:
dtsoftbus01 DAEMON Tools Virtual Bus Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\dtsoftbus01.sys Kernel Driver Yes Manual Running OK Normal No Yes
    Please uninstall it.

    Update the following drivers:

► Download ccleaner and perform a system clean.

Inform us with the results, and if there are further dumps, let us know.

Oh, sorry about forgetting the system specs. My laptop is going to be 3 years old in 2 months, and I think the warranty has expired
