So, we have got one. It is Atheros network adapter driver. Now, let us check how old the driver is.

That means, it is somehow old, of July 2009.

First, you try to update this driver. Download the latest one from ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????).
Then: reinstall the driver:

1. Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter.
2. Double click to expand "Network adaptors".
3. Right click your network card and click Uninstall.
4. Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box, click OK.
5. Restart the computer
6. If windows does not auto configure the appropriate drivers at startup, install the downloaded one manually.

But, if you supplied the MSINFO32 file and the Eventsys file, we would be able to get more info about the crashes and could provide a better support.

► Uninstall the programs:

• McAfee : Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
• Norton online Backup
• Quick Time : Replace with Free-Codecs.com | QuickTime Alternative 3.2.2
  

► Remove start programs.

1. Click on the start button
2. Type in “msconfig” without quotes, hit enter. The system configuration window will open.
3. Go to the startup tab
4. Uncheck everything other than the antivirus. (MSE now, forget McAfee)
5. Apply, OK, and exit.
