BSOD - getting BSOD error 0x0000003b a lot while idle or playing music

    well before i mark this as solved, is it possible to link you into a thread to use you as an assistant again for later problems? i like how you deal with problems and your attitude towards problems :) simply just to know the person that is helping me with problems makes things so much easier to explain things to :P

    well unfortunately its not allowing me to zip the file... but the error code is a 0x0000001A? Bug check string: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT ill carry on trying to zip this folder though

    Usual causes:  Device driver, memory, kernel
    Umm, how many stick of ram are you currently running on?

    3 sticks 1x2GB Samsung 2x1GB (unknown make) but they were perfectly fine beforehand?

    I was thinking of telling you to put them on another computer and see if there are blue screens, cause they're the new ram sticks right? Btw, what were you doing when it blue screened this time?

    No i didnt get the new sticks of RAM as i needed the money for other things, they are what a friend gave me and they've worked for him (no BSoD's). and this time i was just about to walk away from my computer, so being idle.
