This is the second time I am experiencing BSOD. The first time I was told to open up the computer and blow out the dust. Problem solved. This time I have already cleaned out the dust and it is still happening. Also, instead of BSOD, it will just freeze or turn off. I have attached a dump file. Last time writhziden helped me and was just great.
1. (LOTS)Hardware : X64_IP_MISALIGNED and memory_corruption( a few of those)
Ram : RAM - Test with Memtest86+
To check for faulty ram. is passes,
Check the seating of the ram, take one stick out and see if the problem still occurs. Diagnose them.
2. (3-5) nvlddmkm.sys : nVidia Video drivers
update the drivers using this : Nvidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx
*Will need java to run*
3.(1)rdyboost.sys : readyboost, used with things like USB this may tie into with number one. For this unplug the usb that may be using readyboost, then go to "services" and turn of the rdyboost service.
4.(1)CI.dll : Code Integrity Module
Run sfc/scannow in cmd with admin access. 3-4 times with reboots in between.
5.(1)USBPORT.SYS This should be fine, i am thinking we have some hardware issues.. Lots of different problems going on. Unplug that USB
6.(1)pci.sys: NT Plug and Play PCI Enumerator.. We should really check for BIOS updates.
7. (1)tcpip.sys : Microsoft TCP/IP Driver (networking related)
It could be so many things, what happened to this thing? it's really messed up. We really need to check for a BIOS UPDATE and diagnose the HARDWARE
Update all the possible drivers you can! And check the hardware... This is crazy.
Run this and post to me the dump that comes from it. Before you run, move the dumps in the mini dump folder to a folder somewhere.
Driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Also i would suggest doing some stress tests, if it is stable enough to perform them : General hardware: Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95 ( (Three pre-set configurations are available: Small FFTs and In-place FFTs, and Blend. Small and In-place modes primarily test the FPU and the caches of the CPU, whereas the Blend mode tests everything, including the memory.)
Graphics: Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark (Do the above Graphics test only with the latest drivers, and then Run it until the temperatures stop increasing; should be less then 10 minutes. If you don't see any crazy glitches or distortion on the screen, The test most likely passed. Take note if the Temperature gets too high, or you see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visual_artifact to stop the test.)

Install SPECCY (link in my signature)
Keep an eye on your temps using Speccy.
HELP! where are the other files that would normally appear in the sf diagnostic output?
use of the !analyze -v minidump command is pointing to your video card/video drivers.
Just to start you looking. do not go the MS for video updates. Go to the HP site.
The output of this minidump command:
!sysinfo machineid
is not matching up with your system specs.
Please bring your system specs in agreement.
Once again,
this windbg command produces results different from your system specs.
!sysinfo symbios
Please include those missing files in a fresh SF diagnostic report.

I installed SPECCY. What do you mean to keep an eye on my temps? I ran another sf diagnostic test and hopefully have included the missing files. Also, you're saying that I need to update my video card/video driver, is that correct? For this I need to go to the HP website. How do I find out what card/driver that I'm trying to update? Sorry, if this is a stupid question.

First things first.
Your specs do not match the info contained in the .DMP files (your dump files).
I want you to use SPECCY to fill in your system specs.
Here is how:
Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec (left-hand column)
To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) or SIW or System Info
In the System Manufacturer Block, enter:
Ř Manufacturer and Model OR Custom build.
Ř ADD the word laptop, desktop, netbook or tablet.
For example:
Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.
Provide full windows version info, for example:
MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit
Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc
Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.
With Speccy, you can select with your mouse/touchpad info from the display
and paste that info into your specs.
SIW is a marvelous program, but the free version does not offer
this capability.

Per skylais I downloaded and installed Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark but when I tried to run this, it stopped working and closed the program.

Sorry to bother you again, but I was trying to update DirectX so I could run NVIDIA/AMD Performance with OCCT. I received the following message: An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem.
