    Welcome

Your dump indicates memory corruption and a problem with your graphic card.
Are any of them overclocked? If yes, please revert to factory clocks.
    o Download and install
    |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.2.0 Download

    o
Reboot the computer in Safe Mode from
    Advanced Boot Options

    o
Boot into your computer normally now. Go to using option 2 auto detect
    Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
and install the latest drivers for your graphic card.

Run memtest86+ on each stick for 8 passes preferably overnight

Well my Video Drivers are all up to date.I just Ran furmark And It ran for 20 min and everything seems to be ok with the video card.I ran it 1920x1080 with 8x aa and temps never went above 70c avg fps 18.What i did do about 30min ago.I installed the router drivers. And i posted a mini dump file with my last post and he said it was lan drivers could router driver fix that problem. after i reinstalled the os.I installed a mod manager (Nexus) for skyrim and i got a bsod when playing skyrim .Now the only bsod i got since new os was while playing skyrim with a ton of mods on .i now uninstalled the mod manager and no bsod when playing skyrim.Nexus mod manager was allways installed when i got the bsods.Im glade that the problem was not the video card.im starting to think its the ram.Or nexus mod mangaer.SINCE FURMARK RAN WELL DOES THAT MEAN MY VIDEO CARD IS GOOD ( I HOPE SO ) ok im going to run memtest and thanks for everything .i will let u know how everything go's

everything seems ok.I let memtest run for 7 passes and no errors.furmark was good to .so that means my video card and ram are ok right.i relly thing the bsods were caused by the nexus mod manager.cause i havent got any bsods since i removed it also since i installed router drivers so i think everything is ok no bsod since i posted this post thanks for everything i thought maybe it was the psu the card maybe wasent geting enough power but the 12 v rail has 48 amps so i dont thinks its that

Thanks for the update and letting us know you uninstalled "nexus mode manager"
Observe your computer from here for 3/4 days and let us know if you're having more bsods
If you don't, youc can come back and mark this thread as solved

    You're getting bug check 116.
Go through this for an insight: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

Please read this quote from one of our bsod experts:

    usasma said:
These are predominantly STOP 0x116 errors - and there's a limited number of possibilities there.
More info at this link: BSOD Index

The 3 most common causes for this are:
    - video driver issues
    - overheating
    - bad video card

    I would suggest:
    - downloading the appropriate ATI Driver - and only the driver, not the Catalyst Control Center. Pick option 2 in torrentg's link. FYI - I have seen issues occasionally with the CCC program.
    - uninstalling all the current ATI stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
    - install the drivers that you downloaded

Then, open up the case and ensure that the graphics card's fan is working, and that there's no dust/crud obstructing the airflow inside the case.

If that does not fix the problems, then I'd suggest trying another video card. Since the computer is less than a year old, I'd expect that a defective video card would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Let me know results of memtest.
