Are you using a Logitech mouse or keyboard?

I'm having crashes even when my Bluetooth mouse is turned off and Bluetooth is turned off.

Have you updated your drivers from the Sony support site?
If not, update all drivers with a newer date than yours.

Yes I have. Vaio Care downloads them automatically. Though I downloaded my Graphics card driver update and sound card driver update manually. I'm not even sure Vaio Care would've listed them as updates. I have also checked Vaio downloads page.

This indicates a problem with your CPU, could be overheating.
Check your CPU temps.
Use Real Temp , to check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.

Ok, but I've already monitored my CPU temperatures before (check link to Sony forums), but I can do it again.

Keep Driver Verifier turned on, we need more info from the dump files.

If you get more BSoDs and it's not generating the dump files then you can turn it off.

Driver Verifier stresses drivers in order to try and make them crash, the faulty ones will crash and if we get a dump file it will help us identify them.
It will probably make your laptop run a little slower but, the benefits out weigh the speed reduction.

Post the full BSOD report if you get another crash.

If your CPU temps are ok we can run some hardware tests.

Ok, now there should be the information from Driver Verifier in the zip file.

I enabled Driver Verifier, waited for a BSOD (took a few mins), went to safe mode, used SF Diagnostic Tool and then disabled the Driver Verifier after SF tool did it's job. I hope I did all in the right order.

EDIT: Does it matter that I've set my system to create small memory dumps? Should I choose core dumps instead?

Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and the CPU integrated memory controller voltages are.

Let's run a couple hardware tests, be sure to turn off Driver Verifier when testing.

Run memtest86+ for a full 7 passes, this will take several hours to complete, best to run overnight.
If you get any errors you can stop the test.
Take a picture with a camera when the test is done and post it here.

If you get any errors, wait for my reply.

If it passes lets run a CPU test.
Be sure to monitor CPU core temps with Realtemp or CoreTemp during this test, Don't let it go over 90°C.

OCCT stability checking tool
Run the CPU:OCCT test for at least 30 minutes, be sure to monitor your CPU and GPU temps.
Set the time before you start.
When its done, pass or fail, it will make some graphs. Post these here as they are useful for analyses.

Attached zip. These 2 shutdowns happened while restarting the computer so I'm not sure if Driver Verifier got any info (though it clearly -at least indirectly- caused the shutdowns).

I deleted some useless/rarely used software (Vaio Media Gallery, Playstation (R) Store, Evernote v. 4.4, Skype 5.10)
I would clean-install Vaio Care but it seems too risky and complicated.

When you setup Driver Verifier did you de-select all Windows drivers?

After you run memtest86+, run System File Checker.

If it says it can't fix files with errors, re-boot and run it a minimum of three times with re-boots after each run.
It does the repairs when re-booting.

I recommend that you stop using all of the Sony utilities, especially 'Program Accelerator by iolotools in Vaio Care'.
You should un-install them.
These programs that are suppose to improve performance will end up damaging your software and are not needed with Windows 7, which takes care of these things itself.
We have seen many software issues arise from these type of tools, and after they have been un-installed stability ensues.
There is a very good chance that you will need to re-install Windows 7 to recover from the damage these utilities caused.

Oh, do I really need to delete them? I've been using the Program Accelerator because basically it's a disk defragmentation program with a free space consolidation option. However, after reading a thing or two about registry defragmentation/cleaning, I doubt I'll use any registry cleaning/defrag device any time soon.

I'll run the memtest86+. Would've run it earlier but for some reason it didn't boot from usb flash drive so I'll need to burn it to CD now ( I did check the BIOS to boot external drives first).

Defragging a HDD is a good practice. It's how the program does it that can cause problems.
Uninstall the Sony utilities, OEM and motherboard provided utilities are known to cause serious issues and should be avoided at all costs.
There are free third party programs that can perform these tasks much better. Most of the good ones are from large companies that sell their products and also offer free versions.
This defrag program comes highly recommended and I use it.

Don't use the 'System Health' tab, that is a new addition and a registry cleaner - not needed.

Never use a registry defragmentation/cleaning program on Windows 7, it's not needed.
In the XP days, then yes it was needed but, not now.

Let us know how the memtest86+ went.

Does it matter whether Driver Verifier is turned on / off when the SF Diagnostics Tools collects it's information? There was no mention of this in the guide.

Also, if I uncheck the option "automatically reboot" if system error occures, should the computer completely close after BSOD or should it remain in the blue screen? Yesterday it just stayed in the BSOD and didn't close. I don't know if it should be like that. I let it be in the BSOD for a few hours and then gave up and manually closed the computer.

I ran the memtest86+ with 16 passes. No errors.

I also ran sfc /scannow and it detected no errors.

By the way my computer has been exceptionally stable after the graphics driver update. Since the update it didn't crash instantly when Driver Verifier was turned on, and it hasn't even crashed with Program Accelerator (yet). I think I should monitor situation for a few days to see if the problem is gone.

If your system is stable with Driver verifier turned on you can run the SF Diagnostics Tool.

Sometimes with "automatically reboot" enabled it will re-boot too fast and the dump files won't be written.
Yes it will stay on the blue screen until you re-start.
Just give it one minute and re-start it.

Good news on memtest86+ and SFC passing.
Could have been fixed by the fresh graphics driver.
Run it for three more days, if it's stable you can mark this thread 'Solved'.
