It's blaming the graphics driver again.
The best way to proceed is to run a different graphics card in your system or run your card in another system to confirm if the card is bad.

    Same crash as last time.
    Code:
STOP 0x00000116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR (go to top of page)
Usual causes: Video driver, overheating, bad video card, ?BIOS, ?Power to card
    IMAGE_NAME: atikmpag.sys
    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x116_IMAGE_atikmpag.sys
Have your tried installing the ATI driver without CCC?
If not try it, your AMD FUEL Service is crashing.

    From your System Events Log
    Code:
    Event[7751]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Disk
      Date: 2012-09-18T02:34:54.155
      Event ID: 11
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: xander-PC
      Description:
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR2.
D/L and run Western Digital Lifeguard – Quick Test and Extended Test

AMD use to have driver only downloads from the 'Previous Drivers and Software' page, but only the full CCC package available now.

Hmm so with that option not available I guess I will have to find a way to recreate the issue in another PC :/ as soon as I find another PC to trlest it in. If you have any other suggestions I'm open to em.

At this point try to find another card to test in your system or test your card in another system.

I'll post if I think of something.
