i am uninstalling the program. I tried to update but it said that mine was the most up to date one. all it is is a cpu throttling program to save energy by cutting down on the wattage used. i have never used it any way.

ok so after the install of windows AV i restarted the computer and got this BSOD. I found the driver online at Realtek
all it gave me was the driver and some other files no install program. I found the location of the driver on my computer, but there is 4 of them, is this something that i can drag and drop??? and if so do a drag all of them to the same location?? i have attached the ZIP file of the driver too. any guidance on this would be helpful.

Have you updated your network driver too? The last crash indicated to network driver.

Best of luck. Wish you have got your computer trouble free now!

i did update the network driver and i have notice a drastic improvement in boot times. thanks for all your help. but now i have this small problem. i have updated the Dolby audio driver but now the software expects a different/older driver. i would like to know if there is a way to update the dolby home theater program. i know how to downgrade the driver, i would like to see if i could fix this without downgrading drivers

You either install a newer version of the software, or install the older version of the driver.
