Hello, recently i've been getting strange freezes lasting around 10 minutes and ranging from 10minutes to 4 hours from boot then forcefully restarts, or sometimes i get a bsod saying "Kerl_Data_Inpage_error" and when i check up on my event viewer, it shows critical errors of Kernel-Power 41 that the computer unexpectedly shut down.
Is this software side or hardware side? I ran the memtest overnight and no errors were found.
I've also swapped out my power supply and it's still doing it. Do i set the dump file to kernel or small memory dump? as i just got the bsod on kernel memory dump and the minidump folder doesn't exist

Usual causes: Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive, Cabling, Virus infection, Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack.

To make sure that hard drive is good run disk check following this tutorial:
Hard drive scan usings SeaTools:SeaTools | Seagate both long and short tests.Run memtest86+ on each stick for 8 passes preferably overnight:
Uninstall Avast! and use MSE instead. Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows (For testing purpose, you may install avast back later.) and do a full scan once installed.
Check for an update on your BIOS from the manufacturers website.
Also recheck all the cable wiring etc.

I've done the Disk check on my OS drive and it said no errors found, i'm unable to do the seatools as it says "Test unavailable" And i've already run the Memtest86 and no faults were found. When i leave my computer running, it seems to be fine, it's when i start to play games and internet browsers and stuff like that it Usually starts to do it, it isn't my graphics card as it happened before i replaced my graphics card, i've reinstalled windows numerous times to try to fix this problem yet it still does it. I have all my information backed up on my 1.5tb hard drive and windows on my 60gb ssd, could it be the ssd at fault? I've only had it for around 2 years
Did you check the SSD firmware?
Run this, it will show the firmware version you have.

I'm on 1.35 and i do believe there's a latest one for me which is 1.37. I have the Vertex 2. However my Health status of my 1.5tb is on caution and the reallocated sectors count is at 100, threshold is 36, does this mean this hard drive is dying or causing the freezes?
Update the firmware on your Vertex2, these are known to have stability issues and the updated firmware should help.

Uninstall Seatools, download a new copy and install, try to run the Long Drive Self Test again.
If Seatools won't run on your drive it's a very bad sign.
Do you have all your data backed up?
If not, then just to be safe I would buy another hard drive and copy everything over to it while you can.
You should always keep Image Backups of your OS and data.
This could be the cause of your crashes, best to take precautions.
How many passes did you run with memtest86+?
