    driver power state failure


    I have a user whose laptop has been acting up, crashing, freezing, etc. randomly, she was only using word.

    Her BSOD happened after awaking from sleep. Error message was "driver power state failure" stop: 0x0000009f (or however many zeros!). She had to pull the battery to get the laptop to restart.

    I've attached the SF zip file - any help appreciated!

    Probably caused by : nusb3xhc.sys NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver: Support/Design | Renesas Electronics

Hi I have just upgraded from windows XP 32 to window 7 64 My cursor is really jittery and typing is delayed if I leave my computer in idle then i get the blue screen and one of the messages is 'driver power state failure' I've got the dmp files zipped but not sure how to attach to this thread...
