Bad Pool Header doing almost anything, dump attached

Thanks in advance for the help. I've been trying to fix this for a while now, tell me if there's a problem with the files.

Sorry for the late response, but unfortunately your crash dumps are not loading properly.

We are suggesting something to you primarily

► Uninstall AVG and use Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

► Other than using ffdshow and Haali's splitter separately, you may use Shark007's FREE Codec solutions - Windows 7 codecs

► If there is BAD_POOL_HEADER, it is usually Bugcheck 19, caused by a device driver. In such a situation, I will suggest you to enable Driver Verifier.
Run driver verifier for 24 next hours or the next crash, whichever happens earlier.

Report us back, with crash dumps, if there any.
