To be sure Driver Verifier is turned off, boot into Safe Mode and do the same steps.
Then re-boot back into the Win7.
To delete the Asus Utilities: Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, find them right click and uninstall.

I was looking there, can you point out which to get rid of in the pics
And tried disabling verifier in safe mode, same message. Here's its current settings.
And a friend recently lent me an AM3 Phenom II X6 1055T processor. He's around 90% sure it works, but can't be sure since he replaced both his motherboard and CPU at once and his problems stopped. I was wondering if I would be worth it to at least try it?

Did you have an ATI graphics card previously?
Uninstall the 'ATI Catalyst Install Manager' from Control Panel > Programs and Features, reboot into Safe Mode, then clean the leftover ATI drivers with Driver Sweeper.

The ATI program and drivers may be causing problems.

Did you Deselect all the drivers in Driver Verifier?

No, think the motherboard on-board garphics card is ATI.
Are you saying to create new settings for it and deselecting any drivers? And I do not remember if I immediately rebooted when I initially turned it off as I thought I turned it off at least 2 weeks ago.
Finally, should I hold off on trying to swap out my CPU with the extra I'm borrowing?
And going to uninstall ATI driver now.
Ok, now is AMD Display the one I want to clean?

You are right, found it in your motherboard site: Integrated ATI Radeon™ HD 4250 GPU
First make a Restore Point: System Restore Point - Create
If it's for your onboard graphics, and your not using it then uninstall the driver.
You can re-install it if needed later, from the motherboard support site.
In Control Panel > Programs and features, uninstall 'ATI Catalyst Install Manager' then re-boot and run Driver Sweeper as per the tutorial.

Alright, sweeper didn't see anything to clean on the "AMD Display" which I assume is the ATI driver.

I tried re enabling then disabling driver verifier while rebooting in between and after. Hopefully that will stop it this time.
If I can get OCCT to run for a length of time, whats the minimum I have to get for some usefully charts?
And do you suggest reinstalling my display drivers since I did not use Driver Sweeper when I uninstalled and reinstalled them a week or two ago?

I would run OCCT for 30 minutes, it idles for one minute to start and five minutes at the finish.
The start and finish periods are helpful so we can see any strange behavior before and after the test runs.
Post the graphs here when the testing is done, so we can all see them.
Yes, go through the un-install/re-install steps in the tutorial.

I only ask because the longest I've gotten it to run so far is 7 minutes or so before it blue-screens or "stops working"

Post the graphs from OCCT.
Should be some usable information.
When you get a crash, post the full BSoD report.
