Well not quite there.... one last thing you could do ... could you possibly post a snapshot of the SMART value of your HDD using crystal disk.

Crash dumps can also not be produced... if you have disk i/o errors or bad sectors

Hello! I ran crystal disk, which says my HDD's status is good. However my computer did crash again just now and again no crash dumps. I'm gonna put the cystal disk report in a attachment because I feel like just copy/pasting it into the post would make the post a little to big.

Please go to event viewer directly and right click on the system logs and syste, logs and save it as .evtx file as shown below and upload here

Hello, What part do you think is most likely causing the problem? because right now I'm thinking to hell with fixing it I'll just replace what might be causing it and if that doesn't work I'll just buy a whole new computer. I'm tired of this this crashing all the time.

sorry for not replying earlier.. was busy....

Ok here is the thing.... the eventviewer logs mostly refers to bugcheck errors 0x03b ... which could be caused either due to a faulty ram or the graphics driver.. since you have tested the ram for more 6 passes (i presume ) and found no errors.. as well as the SMART values of the HDD looks fine... we can at the moment rule out the hardwares. There were few errors due to DCOM, few related to network errors

We could either go ahead and uninstall software and drivers one by one through the safe mode and check for problem.....or I would rather suggest ... you do a clean install of Windows 7 ( after backing up your important stuff that is !!!) and then one by one installing only the drivers (make sure you don't install the suites that comes with these drivers) and see if you getting the same set of errors

If all this fails you could then go ahead with buying a new computer.... Till then please do bear with us

Hello my computer died completely and won't start, so now I'm just buying more parts in the hopes that it will fix the problem since I have no clue as to what is the problem part. If you have any suggestions in that respect I only have this laptop for a little while.

What do u mean it died ? Could you be more specific ?? Is there power coming to the motherboard ? Or does the motherboard lit up but won't start ?

Hello when I say it won't start up I mean that when I press the power button it makes all the same noises as usual fans whurring an whatnot but nothing shows up on the screen. Everything seems to be getting power indeed I've even tried starting it with a different power supply. Actually I've replaced almost everything except for the mother board and the dvd thing.

As for what I've done in regards to your previous post I didn't get very far before it stopped working. I did decide to just re-install windows and after only installing a few drivers( video card,ethernet controller,and some realtek driver that I quite remember what was for) it crashed and wouldn't start up again. The computer not starting up again wasn't exactly out of the ordinary but this time I cannot get it to start up again at all, whereas previously it would fight me for awhile but eventually work. The only thing I did that might have had something to do with it other than the drivers, is that I changed the "write debugging information" setting from write kernel memory dump to write small memory dump( under the advanced page of system properties.

p.s. there is a green light on the motherboard if that's what you mean by lit up.
