aunesac: Yes, please start a new thread and post a link to it here, so I can follow. Other members might also add input seeing a new thread and that a good thang - more eyes, more knowledge.

You didn't happen to check the iTunes forum, did you. I usually try the source first - in this case iTunes,. I'll take a quick look, but more eyes...... (you can look there too)

edit: first glance at iTunes-different issue, but suggested trying the 32 bit iTunes
which led me to here: http://support.apple.com/downloads/
I can't deteremine why Apple has two distinct downloads, one specific to Win7 x64, and the other which seems to include all iTunes (Win7 x32 & x64, + OSx). I doubt that it does, but that's how I read it. Sooo, I triee and it took me directly to the Win7 x64 download. Seems as though Apple has a detect OS.

See what you can find on the iTunes forum, I'll see if I can't find a 32 bit version on Apple. Yeah, I know..... you have a 64 bit machine, why should you have to run a 32 bit app..... well, the 64 bit app don't work =:>

What a nice surprise. I will do my best Megan, to have an outstanding year, being merry at Christmastime is easy.

Peace and Blessings to you and your family all year and every year.

Peace is a frame of mind, blessings come in all forms (a raise at work, a kiss from a loved one, even a driver who lets you merge, whatever - it's the little things that mean a lot).

    Best Regards,

    Wayward "Dad"

Well said dad... Must be an age thing cause you learn that its the small things that count far to late in life! Life is very full and rich when you realise it too. All the best dad. You will be pleased to know I managed to upgrade my laptop to windows 8 without issue and I'm loving it! Catch you next time. Megan
