BSOD : Dumping physical memory to disk : 100

My laptop reboots again and again after 5 mins. A bule Screen appears with lot of information but at the end of blue screen it shows some thing like this ans restarts.

Collecting Data for crash dump ...
Initializing disk for crash dump ...
Beginning dump of physical memory ..
Dumping physical memory to disk : 100
    Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your System admin or technical support group for further assistance.

I performed all the steps mentioned in you forum and a file named SF_21-09-2012 was created on my desktop. Attaching the zipped file as mention in your forum. My E drive was also deleted because of this and all my data in the e drive is also lost. please help me to recover that data as well..

Thanks a lot in advance :

    Welcome aboard, Neeraj!

You are having a lot of crashes. May be the troubleshooting take time.

First of all, you uninstall avast, ans install Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows.

Then, either you uninstall Intel rapid storage technology (it is not needed at all) or update it from Download Center.

Let us know the situation after doing these two.

    neeraj,

We need you to help us to help you.

While we are looking at your SF Diagnostic output, then:

Fully and completely update your System Specs.

After you have updated those specs, let us know and I'll proceed to look at your dumps.
