    Well, let us start.

    Uninstall the following programs:

    • Acer Arcade Deluxe
    • AcerSystem
    • AMD VISION Engine Control Center
    • Ashampoo Burning Studio 10
    • AVG PC Tuneup
    • VirtualCloneDrive
    • K-Lite Codec Pack, replace it with http://shark007.net/
    • LogMeIn Hamachi
    • MagicDisc
    • CloneCD

    Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept the restart.

    Let us know the results.

I am at AMD VISION Engine Control Center, but I can not find AcerSystem, does this mean all Acer programs on your system?

Yes. Those programs are not needed.

You may have a look in Clean Up Factory Bloatware too.

Okay, I have uninstalled the programs and some other stuff that I think is useless in my eyes.
Now I just have to restart my PC and wait for freezes or a BSOD.

So what I still have is that sometimes a random process (does not matter what process) goes to 25% of my processor and just stays there.
    You can not stop it.
The only thing you can do is setting the affinity.
Sometimes there are 3 or 4 processes that all take 25% and not doing anything, with that my PC is freezing sometimes.
