    BSOD on new terminal server

Hello, this is my first post and I'm kinda lost at this point. I know this is a Windows 7 forum but I need help desperately. I have a new windows server 2008 standard 32bit terminal server setup. The users log in to run several applications and do their printing. The server blue screens constantly while people are working. I am almost cretin the cause is print driver related. Please help me troubleshoot the minidump. The dump contains two separate days I tried to go live with the new box. Thank you for your help!

All the dumps show memory corruption
Run memtest86+ on each stick of ram for 8 passes

Interesting! This server is a virtual machine. Im running VMWare ESXi 5. There are other virtual servers running on the same hardware with no problems. I'm kinda curious what will happen if I run a mem test on a virtual machine. I will get back with you. Thank you!
