BlueScreen Error BCCode 4e, happened on new installed Windows

Hi! I have a quite a big problem. I recently reinstalled windows on my PC. 2 days after that got BlueScreen and Windows doesn't boot anymore. Thank goodness I was able to start computer in Safe Mode but I got BlueScreen once again in a few minutes. So while I was in Safe Mode I got some informations: Name of a problem is BlueScreen, Version of Os is 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.48, Regional settings: 1060, BBCode: 4e, Signature of a Problem (SP) 2: 6.1.7600.16385, SP 3: Unknown, SP 4: 21200018, SP 5: AutoFailover, SP 6: 6, SP 7: 0x4e. Well after trying to start Windows it stopped at the point where it's saying Starting Windows and then computer restarted. Next time it said if I want to you Start up fix (or something similar) and I clicked to go to Start Up Fix. This thing wasn't able to do anything, except a system restore (which didn't help), but I got one usefull information here too. It was saying, Name of a problem: StartupRepairOffline.

So have you any idea what should I do? Would reinstalling Windows help or is problem somewhere else?

If I can I would like to do something else but reinstalling Windows isn't a big problem.

If you are still failing to boot your system, try this:

EDIT: If you plan to reinstall Windows, do this:
