BSOD coming out of sleep 0x0000003b

I've brought a brand new Samsung NP700Z3C and when I put it to sleep, (Samsungs sleep hybrid mode) it crashes, not all the time but definitely if left for more than a few hours.

the first crash came up with 0x0000003b bug error (USBPORT.SYS) and the 2nd time it came up with 0x1000007e (ntoskrnl.exe)

I've updated all the drivers I know possible, and not sure what to do next.

I guess I could solve my problems by not letting my laptop sleep but its a pretty cool feature which I would like to use.

I have included the debugging info you require.

    Thanks in advance.

    Software concerns:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG	Public:Start Menu\Programs\AVG	Public
Start Menu\Programs\Norton PC Checkup	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton PC Checkup	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\Driver Detective	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Detective	Public
What are things like Driver Detective and Norton PC check up doing on your computer?
Suggest you to get rid of them right away! (I see you have revo uninstaller installed,
try uninstalling those two programs with revo uninstaller)

Please uninstall AVG (it contributes in BSoDs). Download and install MSE.
Run a full scan once updated:
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

For additional security, go with the free version of Malware Bytes:
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer (Run a full scan with this as well)

Run the system file checker to repair any damaged files within windows:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Run disk check to make sure your hard drive is healthy:
    Disk Check

    Additional suggestion:

Run memtest on all your ram sticks individually for 8 passes (overnight preferable)
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Seeing driver detective on your PC I suspect of virus/malwares on your hard drive
so run a full scan Windows Defender Offline and remove all it finds:
    Windows Defender Offline

For the USB BSoD... Go through:
USB Driver - General Fix for Problems

    1. STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory
    1. STOP 0x1000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M Usual causes: --
Let us know how it goes

OK thanks for all this I will try and report back.

so its probably a driver issue then?

I thought driver detective was a good tool? I read about it either here or tech guys forum. I remember a really good website that dealt with drivers, do you have any recommendations?

I like AVG, is it really that bad?

    thanks

Manufacturers website. If you're not sure of the exact address, you can google it up.
    That's what I do :)

Ok, I uninstalled Driver Detective, AVG and Norton PC checkup and installed Microsoft Security Essentials.

I ran a check and it was fine, I ran system file checker and that was fine, I will try disk scan and the memtest and report back.

One thing I did notice while looking through my drivers list is my graphics driver needed updating so I did this.

    thanks
