Sorry for the late reply due to different time zones.

    1. Whats the age of the hardware?
    2. Is it under its warranty?
    3. What is the date of installation of the OS?
    4. Was the OS reinstalled?

Some of your dumps are not loading correctly..I'll need you to grab them again following the instructions again.

If you are overclocking any hardware, STOP. Reset any changed values back to default.

    Software concerns:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Bitdefender 2013 Public:Start Menu\Programs\Bitdefender 2013 Public
    Start Menu\Programs\TuneUp Utilities 2011 Public:Start Menu\Programs\TuneUp Utilities 2011 Public
Please uninstall BitDefender. Its a cause to BSoDs on some systems.
Download and install MSE we are troubleshooting with your computer.
I and many members on our forum recommend Microsoft security essentials with
a great combination of Malware Bytes.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Run a full scan once downloaded, installed and updated.

Tools like "Tuneup-utility" damage windows beyond repair. Please uninstall it.

In addition, Run this tool and delete anything it finds:
    Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

Run the system file checker to repair any damaged files within windows:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Run disk check to make sure your hard drive is good:
    Disk Check

Get the latest version for your BIOS.
    Code:
    BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. V2.9, 17/03/2009
Do these and revert, I will see if your other dumps are loading.

thankyou for your reply the hardware is approx 6yrs old so no warranty , the os was installed from scratch approx 2 months ago , by installing windows first, then installing all hardware drivers , then windows updates , them programs . what i dont understand is that we had bitdefender 2012 and tuneup utilites on 2 computers before and did not have any issue with bsod , is there any evidence to say that the problem might be memory related ? according to live update from msi the bios is up to date ?
can you please explaine what you mean by this Some of your dumps are not loading correctly..I'll need you to grab them again following the instructions again.

If you are overclocking any hardware, STOP. Reset any changed values back to default.

You can install them back later if you know they're not contributing in your BSoDs.
Did you run the system file checker and disk check?

Have you uninstalled bit defender & tuneup utilities? I would also uninstall Nero, at least while we are troubleshooting.

Post new dumps & files once you have done all the above and received a BSOD!!

    Thanks

thankyou for your reply i have not uninstalled anything at the moment but i will take your advice but what i am afraid of is hackers getting in my system with no protection , the bsod could happen anytime and afraid it might not happen for some time , what i dont understand is that it never happened with bitdefender 2012 , we are also in contact with bitdefender as well just waiting for there response as well , the bsod problem is happening on 2 different computer systems but both are windows 7 home premium . thanks
