BIOS updates are risky if they're not done properly
Do you prefer keeping verifier enabled for 36 hours before the BIOS update?

Awesome, so I've skipped that driver and booted back up with no BSODs this time, I'll start using it like I usually do and try a game or two and see what happens

    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a)
    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe

Not a true cause. Anyway, looking back at the thread.. did you get the latest firmware for your SSD?

oh I did for sure, the updating progam was a little weird but I'm pretty sure I did. Also, I have a new BSOD for you while gaming again:

    STOP 0x00000001: APC_INDEX_MISMATCH
Usual causes: Checked build kernel error. I suspect that this can be caused by something else, as I've seen 2 of these over the past several months - and none appeared to be a checked build
Can you tell me what parts of your computer are older?
How does your computer perform on a "vanilla" installation of windows?

Alright so the older parts are the case, the 500gb harddrive, the power supply... yeah I think thats it, the harddrive is so old it was hooked up to my old motherboard with and IDE cable haha, I tried installing the OS on my SSD and I still got a BSOD once. Also, I didn't really get BSODs when I first built this, it was fine for a week or so and then later started locking up every few minutes for like 10-20 seconds, and then after that it started giving me BSODs... but then I downloaded some realtek drivers and all that and it was fine for about 2 weeks... I got my OS from a friend that he burnt to a disc and I don't have my old one anymore... do you think the OS itself is unstable or something?

    PS new BSOD:
