    BSOD while restarting computer

ive posted on other websites about this and it still hasnt been solved. if i restart my computer through the start menu it blue screens it seems and also when the computer restarts on its own. the only way that ive found my computer wont crash on a restart is by holding in the power button. also my internet connection keeps getting disconnected randomly which is very irritating and the only way to solve that ive found is to restart my computer because otherwise it will not reconnect (that may or may not be helpful so i just added it anyway). can anyone give me an answer? and as for the attachment, is that sufficient enough for you to try to solve this?

    Welcome aboard.

I'd suggest you to uninstall Norton Internet Security and install Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows.
    Code:
    fffff880`085e4358 fffff880`04d532e0Unable to load image \??\C:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\NAV_19.1.0.28\Definitions\BASHDefs\20120919.001\BHDrvx64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for BHDrvx64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for BHDrvx64.sys
     BHDrvx64+0x1372e0
It is Symantec Heuristics Driver, a part of Norton.

    Code:
    fffff880`085e4678 fffff880`03092fd8Unable to load image \??\C:\Windows\system32\Drivers\SYMEVENT64x86.SYS, Win32 error 0n2

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for SYMEVENT64x86.SYS
     SYMEVENT64x86+0x21fd8
    It is also NIS.

One more thing is also there:
    Code:
    fffff880`0376e908 fffff880`052c1642Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\AMPPAL.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for AMPPAL.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for AMPPAL.sys

    fffff880`0376e910 00000000`00000000
    fffff880`0376e918 00000004`00000000
    fffff880`0376e920 00000000`00000004
    fffff880`0376e928 fffff880`052c1642 AMPPAL+0x12642
It is Intel® Centrino® Bluetooth 3.0 + High Speed Virtual Adapter driver. Search for updates in Intel® Centrino® Wi-Fi Products — How to install Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth® technology. Do it after uninstalling Norton.

    Also, Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept the restart.

    Let us know the result.
