Kernel Data inpage error BSOD. Audio glitches. chkdsk included

I have a custom build. It's about two years old. I have never had problems until yesterday. Normally I let my PC hibernate while I sleep, but yesterday I woke up to a BSOD. I do not recall the error message.

Today my pc crashed to a BSOD with the Kernel Data inpage error. I do not recall the stop number.

In the past three days I have been experiencing audio glitches with fubar2000. Songs sound distorted at times, I believe it's related to whatever I'm experiencing. I ran the diagnostic tool and I attached it to my post. I also ran a chkdsk and the results are below.

The type of the file system is NTFS.

A disk check has been scheduled.

I got the "internal power failure" blue screen after my PC began hibernating. Here's the diagnostic information.

qq00qq, have you followed the instructions of my earlier post? I guess, no.

Well, the dump you just uploaded shows the same thing, stop 0x116.
    Code:

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

it blames the display driver. Let us check it.
    Code:
    kd> lmvm atikmpag

That means, it is too old. Update it from AMD Graphics Drivers & Software.

Now see if it crashes again or not. if not, good. if crashes, go the the further steps.

I read the link you posted earlier. My video drivers are up to date, I have the latest directx, I haven't BSed in a few days, but I still get audio glitches.

I've been tracking my temps with speedfan. My cores idle at around 38C and they can get to ~50 when I'm playing a game or rendering something. Is there any temperature tracking program that can tell me how hot my GPU is running?

All temps seem fine. Maybe it could be my actual headphones, but I don't think this is the case because I seem to get audio glitches when I load applications.

A headphone cannot cause a 116. It is either misfit driver, or heat, or dust, or a faulty graphics card.

Use onboaed graphics to see if it crashes there too. If not, it is the card itself.
