    Welcome

There are no dump files in the zip attached.
Please make sure you're following the instructions correctly.

    Still no dump files.

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Anyway, I will suggest what I see from the rest of the files.

    Code:
    1. Start Menu\Programs\Norton Internet Security Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton Internet Security Public
    2. Start Menu\Programs\Norton Online Backup Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton Online Backup Public
    3. Start Menu\Programs\Uniblue Public:Start Menu\Programs\Uniblue Public
    4. Start Menu\Programs\Norton Figgy-HP\Figgy:Start Menu\Programs\Norton Figgy-HP\Figgy
Please refrain from using such utilities (uniblue registry booster). But if you have
    knowledge on what it does.

If you want to keep your system healthy go through this thread:
    Optimize Windows 7

Please uninstall Norton, its a known cause to BSODs.

I and many members on our forum recommend Microsoft security essentials with
a great combination of Malware Bytes. (+1, I see that you already have MBAM)

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
    Malwarebytes - The Free version
Good and Free system security combination.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

In addition, Run this tool and delete anything it finds:
    Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

Run the system file checker and reboot if it finds integrity violations:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Then run disk check to check the hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
    Disk Check

Do these and keep us posted, we'll do more troubleshooting if needed.

When I used SF Diagnostic Tool and select grab all it says mini dump file was copied but there was nothing there. I tried all the other options you have mentioned and my computer still has this problem. Very confused about this.

My laptop still turns off whenever I close it and whenever i try creating a dump file nothing pops. The SF diagnostic tool tells me there is a dump file copied but when i check there is no file for it in the folder that it makes. Its really not making any sense.
