Your dump file suggests you have an issue with nvlddmkm.sys.
I would suggest you uninstall your graphics card drivers and install the most recent release. Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
i've already tried that.. but the BSOD is still acting up

You appear to have a HP OEM installation on a custom built PC. As per Anthony's original question : where did you get this installation from?
i don't know, this is from my brother that was passed down to me.. I guess the Win7 is from his friend or I don't know..
