BSOD while streaming from networked computer

This all started with a upgrade of motherboard and cpu from p67 to z68 w/ivy bridge. Expected a few problems but no these. First problem was Nvida driver crashing so first I updated driver, still same crashing decided I would do a clean install, first went into safe mode deleted driver and cleaned with Driver sweepr 3.2.0 rebooted went to desktop and installed last really good driver 295.73 whql.
Rebooted got to desktop and everything looked good. Decided to try to view video stored on other networked computer. Five minutes of playing and BSOD!

    Driver Irql_Not_Less_Or_Equal

    0X000000d1 (0x000000000000002A, 0x0000000000000002, 0X00000000000000000, 0Xfffff8800285FC92)

Hello Frosty :) It is Intel Ethernet that caused the crash.
