The dump does not show you have verifier installed.

Is this a new computer and is it under its warranty? Since when are you having these problems?

Please reduce items at start up follow this tutorial:

Run the System File Checker that scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Run Disk Check for file system errors and bad sectors on it
    Disk Check

Did you make a full scan with your antivirus?

    Hello there,

I am sorry I keep disappearing but my problem disappears each time I write here and then comes back again after a couple of weeks, its like my computer has a brain and is trying hard not to let me fix it!

Anyway, I tried the scan now command, it reaches 34% then I get a message saying that "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation"

I am uploading the zip file again in a hope that there is useful data in it this time.

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Hello again,

I removed the program associated with the driver you mentioned and I was ok until 3 days ago when my Windows updated, immediately my computer stopped going to sleep I did a system restore but the problem is still there, the screen goes off but the hard disk keeps working until I force it to shut down, could this be related or should I create a new post somewhere else?

I really appreciate your help by the way

    Hasan
