I just had my system freeze, Screen didn't even change/crash I just froze and had to hit the reset button. First time I have had it freeze in a way that there was not a visible crash of some sort.

No new dump files in the last two zip folders.
    No info in the logs.

What were you doing when the system froze?

Run this test on your graphics card.

Reading message boards with chrome or watching tv with windows media player. I had 2 more the first of those two wouldnt boot i had to move my ram. In oranges it wouldnt boot in a2 b2 it booted then prompted me to reset bios saying overclocking and over voltages failed.

EDIT I Ran that gpu test for a minute with no noticible artifacting. It got mu gpu temp to 77c before i ended it then about 5 seconds later another freeze lockup. And another freeze lock up just sitting on my desktop after a reboot. This must be hardware failure via bios or something sinuster but in way out of my depth here.

    Did your re-set the BIOS?

Where is your RAM installed now?

Go to the memtest86+ tutorial and follow the RAM testing procedure.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

You need to test one RAM card in multiple RAM slots, then test the other card in multiple slots.
If one RAM card has errors, stop the test, move the RAM card to another slot and test again, etc.

    We are looking for:
    Bad RAM card
    Bad motherboard slot
IF one of the RAM channels are not working correctly

Let me know if you have any questions.

I didnt reset the bios. Just tonight i ran a 7 pass memtest with no errors with my ram in a1 a2. Atm they are in b1 b2 because after one of these locks tonight it wouldnt post and i moved ram to oranges. A1b1 and it wouldnt post so i moved them into b1 b2. Also i may have mispoke about what slots a few posts ago i just rechecked my manual to see the right labels this post has the correct info.

I just reset the bios now im going to bed. Should i test the ram per slot as you suggest after i brought and my test from today?

    So, musical RAM?

This is why you need to run the full memtest86+ as per the tutorial.
There is something causing the RAM to fail, those voltage settings are high enough it should be failing.

The other option is to buy new RAM, which may have the same issue, if it's the motherboard or the CPU IMC.
Your choice, let me know what you would like to do.
