Yup, BIOS update can be done later (but they're always good). First check if your computer is stable after removing Norton for a few days.

 BOSD happened randomly

BSOD's starting randomly from 2nd Sep. Have happened 4 times since.
The first time it happened was the 2nd of September, from there it has BSOD'd 3 more times and I have no idea why. I haven't changed, installed or uninstalled anything at all. The BSOD's happen randomly too, my PC will be running perfectly fine then a BSOD just happens, there's no other symptoms...

BOSD randomly occurs.I don't have much information its my friend's PC
So, my friend has been having random BSODs, and the BOSD says "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" and it also says "tcpip.sys" the address is "FFFFF8801B27CID base at FFFFF 88001A00000" Any Idea?

Randomly occuring BSOD, happened after power surge
My computer restarted after a random power surge on my campus. Once the computer restarted, it sat on the desktop for awhile, then gave me the error bugcode_usb_error. I attached the .dmp file. Can any of you tell me what the problem is?

BSOD randomly happened and can not rate system
I have a HP media center M8200n, upgraded to win7 professional from vista (clean installed), It has bsod many times and can not run WPI check. I updated all the drivers I can find, but BSOD still happens. here is the minidup file. Any advice or suggestion is welcomed. Thanks.

hello ive tried everything the comp is new but the cd rom i built it if u need specs but i keep getting this bosd when playing world of warcraft and idk why. p.s. im not computer savy here is the info
