BSOD After replacement of motherboard due to spillage

Hi, I have been experiencing a number of random BSOD not long after my screen, motherboard, and keyboard due to a bad spillage. At first, no problem appeared but then BSOD starts popping up, is this related? and after the BSOD when windows has started up (logged into computer), a blank orange screen appears for about 10 secs and the boot up song plays before I can use the computer. I have managed to take a picture of the BSOD and the orange screen. I hope you guys can help me, Thank you in advance .

Edit: I can't seem to be able to post the pic as it is too large, but here is what it said, "worker_thread_returned_at_bad_irql", and, **STOP: 0x000000E1 (0xFFFFF8000378D560, 0x0000000000000002, 0xFFFFFA801B17D760, 0xFFFFFA801B17D760). I hope this can help

    Hello XwolfhoundX.

here is what your crash dump says:
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!IopProcessWorkItem+0 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
ntkrnlmp.exe cannot be the cause of the crash, it must be something else.

    Carrona.org says :
STOP 0x000000E1: WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL Usual causes: Device driver

In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

After using the verifier, I restarted my computer and there was an error message saying something cant be executed but im not sure. Shortly afterwards, the laptop crashes im not sure whether this is a BSOD as I left my laptop unsupervised. Then the laptop was unable to boot windows unless if I restore it to an earlier point. But I will provide you with the crash dump, Attachment 236481

The crash is caused by Bigfoot Networks Bandwidth Control Wireless NDIS Light Weight Filter driver.

Well this sucks, I followed the instructions to download the new driver by uninstalling the old one, but now the new driver is unable to detect my wireless card and simply said that there is no supported hardware in my system even if I tried downloading the driver direct from my laptop provider, dell. But even after uninstalling the driver, I experienced another BSOD. Attachment 236526

You need to run verifier again .... for sure. This dump is totally silent about any reason.

So, I have tried the verifier again and the system was unable to reboot afterwards. Had to restore it, I hope the crash dump is still not redundant.Attachment 236537
