So the display driver is causing some problems there. It should be changed. But we cannot suggest you to apply the latest WHQL as we know that it is a buggy one. Better you roll it back to an earlier stable one.Code:fffff880`0a18d6f8 fffff880`04abb695Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys nvlddmkm+0xb0695
- Download and install Driver Fusion.
- Reboot the computer in Advanced Boot Options, safe mode. Search Driver Fusion in your start menu, and remove all components of your nVidia display driver.
- Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Drivers > Beta and Legacy; search there with your cards particulars for GeForce 306.23 Driver, dated 13.9.2012 and install it.
Also, a good lot of Ntfs, sys error is found. Do some disc checks.
- Update your SSD's Firmware
- Reseat the sata and power.
- Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
- Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
Let us know the results.
Thanks for the help.
I thought I'd just try the graphics driver first and followed the instructions. However, I am now having more crashes than before.
Is the only remaining issue the firmware and seating of the drives, now? Attachment 253196
So it is network related. A search revealed that you are using nForce as the chipset driver, and that includes nvvmf6264.sys as the network controller driver. You need to try to update nForce, as it contains not only the network controller, but also storage controller and a lot of other vital drivers.Code:******************************************************************************* * * * Bugcheck Analysis * * * ******************************************************************************* Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, search for nForce, as per your motherboard's chipset specifications.Code:start end module name fffff880`0f224000 fffff880`0f277a80 nvmf6264 (deferred) Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvmf6264.sys Image name: nvmf6264.sys Timestamp: Fri Mar 05 06:34:39 2010 (4B9058A7) CheckSum: 000565B2 ImageSize: 00053A80 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

I updated the drivers as suggested but it made things much worse to the point where I couldn't access many files. I can now access most but have the COM Surrogate error when opening some and I'm still having BSODs.
Did the drivers update correctly? Please see attached. Thank you. Attachment 253365
There is no new crash dump after your last post. So it is difficult to check.
If there is a continuing problem, you may go for a BIOS update.
If there is any problem due to a wrong chipset driver download, it will be fixed by doing the BIOS update, hopefully.Code:BIOS Version/Date Phoenix Technologies, LTD ASUS P5N-D ACPI BIOS Revision 1401, 21/06/2010
Yet again, more BSODs. The BIOS, graphics card driver and network & storage drivers have all been updated.

The situation is the same.

Make it sure that crash dump is properly configured. Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.
Search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.
