i thought it might be my video driver so i updated that, didn't work, thought it might be the mouse, uninstalled that, removed the adobe upate, kinda stuck now.
    ill attach my dmp files.

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this:

    • Click on the Start
    • Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box
    • When it opens, go to File, Save
    • Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember
    • Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info
    • Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder
    • Upload the .zip file here.

I see what looks to be a corrupt file system error in one of the crashdumps. Do a CHKDSK /R followed by SFC SCAN (from Windows DVD, not from drive). You may also wanna provide the syslog for us to review. Type "Event viewer" in start menu, then go to Windows logs, right click System, and Save All Events As. Zip up and send over.

Otherwise, turn on Driver Verifier and let it crash a couple more times and provide us those crashdumps (please don't upload in separate files. Pack them in one zip and upload that.).

    Thanks.

    Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Norton Internet Security	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton Internet Security	Public
Please uninstall Norton, it's known to cause BSoDs.
Uninstall using the Norton Removal Tool.

Keep Microsoft Security Essentials, its reliable and problem free.

Update your graphics driver to their latest.
    Code:
    Driver	c:\windows\system32\drivers\atikmpag.sys (8.14.1.6099, 184.50 KB (188,928 bytes), 4/7/2010 2:43 AM)
    Follow this method:
    1. Download and install Driver Sweeper:
      |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.2.0 Download
    2. Download the auto-detect tool for AMD.
      AMD Driver Autodetect
    3. Boot into Safe Mode from Advanced Boot Options:
      Advanced Boot Options
    4. Type in Driver Fusion in Search
    5. Remove all drivers
    6. Boot normally now, and install the latest drivers from the
      auto-detect program you downloaded.

Get all updates including Service Pack 1:
    Code:
    Version	6.1.7600 Build 7600
Please follow suggestions by Vir also.

    Good luck

    Try downloading manually then.
    Download AMD Catalyst Drivers 12.8 Vista 64 - FileHippo.com
You should enable Driver Verifier after that.
