    desktop freezes after display turned on


    EDIT: I am no longer have this problem. My system works normally after i enabled at least 1 windows gadget.

    EDIT 2: Sorry, i still have this problem but since i now needed a gadget (clock), the problem gone. You can also fix this by having at least 1 program of any kind running on your windows.

    Your first problem is that you are using x64 but OS with 1 gig of RAM. It needs at least one more, or go back to x86.

    but i reinstalled my pc from windows 7 x86. and still i got the same problem while in 32bit. now in fresh install x64, i still get the same problem.

    when i had my vista x86, i never got this problem

    there really can be alot of things causing it but till the ram shortage is resolved we cant know what is causing what
