    BSD in Ntoskrnl.exe+d5d5a

My PC crashes at least 4 or 5 times a day. This has been happening for a couple of months and I have not been able to figure out what's causing it. I have bought different programs that offer to fix the problem but so far they have taken my money and I have nothing to show for. My configuration is as follows:

    Hewlett-Packard HPE-170t
    Processor Inter(R) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz
    Install memory 6.00GB
    System type 64-bit Operating System

and I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium

I have used a program called whocrashed and the later crass information is as follows:
    ================================================================
On Thu 10/11/2012 11:40:50 PM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\101112-28860-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x7EFC0)
    Bugcheck code: 0x101 (0x19, 0x0, 0xFFFFF880009B2180, 0x4)
    Error: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that an expected clock interrupt on a secondary processor, in a multi-processor system, was not received within the allocated interval.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

Attached is a zip of the dump files.

    Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the info Koolkat77. I will try these two processes when I get home. Best.
