BSOD Windows 7 64 bit, recently restored comp. to factory settings

I left my laptop to download some stuff via the torrent client Tixati. When I came back to it I was greeted with a login screen folowed by a message telling me my computer had crashed.

I have been experiencing problems with BSOD for a while now, thus why I had reset my computer to its factory settings yesterday. Since said reset I have experienced two more BSODs. One was after I tried using a program called uTorrent, which I have since learned causes problems with windows 7. After that BSOD I downloaded Tixati and uninstalled uTorrent, and after that was when the second BSOD happened.

The first thing I did after reseting my computer was heading to hp's website to update my drivers.

Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.

Had a BSOD last week, never had one in months, I was "ok, something happened it's not a problem". Just got a second one right now, so now I'm more like "what's happening :( :(" Both dumps are in attachment.
