Hi, I would not use a Beta BIOS, they can cause more issues.
You should run memtest for a minimum of 7 passes, swapping the RAM in each slot and test separately.

Try running chkdsk /r from an elevated cmd prompt. You do have corrupted files. option Two here: Disk Check

    Try this too. System Restore

Yeah that's what I'm thinking Beret. I'm just trying to hide the fact that it's my card lol. Spent too much money on it and don't have the money to replace it.

Britton, I've ran chkdsk twice. I think I posted on of the log files in a previous post. Also, I don't have a restore point from before the BSOD's That was the first thing I was going to try but for some reason I didn't have any restore points.
I previously ran memtest for 8 passes and all was clear. I ran it last night for just 2 passes from a cd instead of from the new exe that they have and everything came up clear so I stopped it and went to bed.

I'm going to swap it with a buddies card and see if it works on his system and see if his works on mine.

Thanks for all the help and future help I'll definitely be asking for!

Did the chkdsk come back clean this time? Does the sfc /scannow say No Integrity Violations found?

Make sure System Restore is turned on. Press tha w7 logo key and Pause/Break to open system Properties and in the left pane click Advanced system Settings.

In the next window highlight the drive your OS in on then Configure, check (tick) the first option in the next window. Under Disk Space Usage move the slider to at least 5%, , Apply, Apply, OK and reboot.

This setting allows 8 restore points for my system which has the OS on its own drive. You may need to set your to where you have 10GB allocated.

Oh yeah mine was 1% I just changed it. thanks for the help with that.
Scannow said no integrity violations. Chkdsk came back with a few corrupt values. I'm pretty sure now though that its not the HDD because reinstalling Windows didn't work. (on a dif HDD).
I'm going to swap out my graphics card with my friends to check that. If that works then I will look into buying a new card. Also I'm going to put my card in his comp (if it fits lol) and if it works there then maybe I will just swap out my mobo which would be cheaper. I'll post on here tonight with updated logs from chkdsk and if I just talked to my buddy, tonight he's letting me use his card so I'll post that tonight as well how that went.

Could you have two failing HDDs? there shouldn't be corrupt values on two of them.
    Try one of these tests:

No only for Windows not seatools for DOS. But as I'm troubleshooting I am more and more confident that it's not my HDD's. I'll run the checks on the other HDD after I swap graphics cards and test that tonight. I doubt I have 2 failing HDD's when one is barely used. It's used as a backup that only gets used when I move a folder there.
