First, I used 7-Zip with LZMA. Default is Deflate, but I find that with most files, LZMA compresses it better.
And I'm used to using LZMA2 with 7z files, too.
But I've been using these settings to zip files up for a while with some other problems on this site, and Anthony and your's are the first complaints :P
I have also recently done an SFC, and the only thing that it brought up was that I replaced the Vista calc.exe and calc.exe.mui files with the Windows 7 version :P
I expect that it will find the same errors this time around :)
Oh, I don't exactly remember, but on the Microsoft Support website for the code, it told me to use the SERT, which I did, but it didn't help :P
