BSoD STOP 0xE1 coming out of standby - ntkrnlpamp.exe?

    Windows 7 Home Premium x86. 4GB RAM. 500GB HDD.
Bluescreens just about every time I wake the computer from standby or hibernation.
For the time being, I'm doing a full shut-down+startup every 15-20 minutes but I waste a lot of time each time I boot my computer.

    Keep getting 0xE1 (WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL).

SystemFileChecker (cmd.exe>sfc /scannow) shows no errors, and CheckDisk (ChkDsk /r) reveals nothing out of the ordinary.

    Please help?

    Thanks,
    -Emanfman

*bump* <-Please tell me that's allowed!
EDIT: No longer a bump! This post has been upgraded to "legit" status because I just realized I had forgotten to upload the dump files!
