I've the same BSOD 116 on a new Dell laptop with ATI Radeon HD4650 and Seven 64.
Found no solution for this day, so turn off power saving and nex will try disable TDR.

I've had the same BSOD 116....I have Nvida Card 310
I have read the BC Code 116 on both ATI and Nvida so I doubt it is directly a driver or card issue

    Win7 64

I did a re-image and am now using a DVI cable

I believe it is caused by the type of cable...I replaced the HDMI with a DVI cable

Things have been normal for a week plus and the DVI cable works well

I am guessing the video/audio feature of the HDMI in Win7 64 is a possible cause

DVI being strictly a video cable....JMHO

Of course some may not even be using an HDMI cable....just saying it is working now with the DVI cable ....in my case
