You'll need to run Memtest with at the very least 7 consecutive passes. That's all tests completed 7 times. It'll take a few hours so it's probably best done overnight. Each of the Prime95 runs should be an overnighter as well, as in a good 7 hours or more. It'll run infinitely or until it runs into an error, so just let it run for a good period of time.
As for the crashdumps, The "GenuineIntel" in this case just means what reported the crash. WHEA bugchecks like this are caused by hardware doing their own checks and finding a problem, then reporting it to Windows. Windows will then take that information, gather some more from the appropriate device, and then issue a BSOD because it has deemed the system's condition as unreliable (as with any BSOD). In your case, the CPU reported the issue, but it does not mean the CPU is the problem! Rather it was the first to discover it (which is usually the case). It could be any of the PC components I mentioned previously, including the CPU itself. That's what we're trying to ascertain with these hardware checks.
