BSOD playing Borderlands (2), error 0x000000e

I've had this issue on and off for a few months now, though recently it's occurrence has grown exponentially. I play Borderlands 1 or 2 for a few minutes and then it crashes to BSOD. I've checked online for solutions: cleaned my computer (even going so far as to crack the case and go at it with compressed air), updated drivers, ran antivirus and Malwarebytes, restarted my system, checked the temps of the CPU and GPU (both going no higher than 55°C), ran disk cleanup, and defragged. Nothing seems to work, so I'm throwing my problems to the internet. I've attached that .zip file as instructed which contains the pertinent information and .dmp files. I appreciate your help in this matter.

Welcome

Almost all the BSoDs this month seem to be caused by "Lachesis.sys". A very old driver from 2007 for your "Razer Lachesis Mouse"

I note that you have Microsoft Security Essentials and Malware Bytes, but two antiviruses installed may cause more problems in your computer. Please uninstall AVG and anything related to AVG from your computer.

Also, your graphic card drivers are old a version from 2011. Get the latest drivers installed but first uninstall the older ones.
Click on the Start

► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall ATI stuff. Delete any remnants of drivers using Driver Sweeper.
