No need to bother running the Windows memory diagnostic, it's not useful, better to run memtest86+.
How many passes for memtest86+?
Minimum of 7 full passes are required for any useful evaluation.

Prime95 and Intel Burn Test are different.

Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and the CPU integrated memory controller voltages are.

memtest86+ runs a series of tests, when the series is complete it's called a 'Pass', with each 'Pass' it will perform different tests.
You need to complete 7 full passes. With 8GB RAM this may take 8-12 hours, best to run overnight.
When the column circled in red below reaches 8, then you can stop the test.

If you get any errors during the test you can stop the test, report the number of passes completed, the number of the current test running and the 'Wall Time'.

I've d/l'ed and looked at your manual, there is not much BIOS information available.
Most OEM systems have a very limited BIOS functions, they won't allow you to change settings on most hardware, like CPU and RAM voltage, frequency, and many others.

If your BIOS doesn't have the options we need, then we can only troubleshoot, probably no usable settings available that we need to make adjustments.

Download OCCT stability checking tool
Run the CPU:OCCT test for at least 30 minutes, be sure to monitor your CPU and GPU temps.
Set the time before you start. Do not change the before and after idle times, we need that info.
When its done, pass or fail, it will make some graphs. Post these here as they are useful for analyses.
Use Real Temp , to check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.
This is important to have opened and running while you do any Windows based stress tests. Keep it open and watch it closely until the temps level off, then keep an eye on it during the test.

Your max CPU core temp is 72.4°C, stop the test if it reaches this temp.
Take the Tcase max temp of 67.4°C and add 5°C to get the max CPU Core temps.

This is indicating the CPU is overheating.
Have been monitoring the CPU core temps while you are running stress tests?

Check that the CPU cooler is firmly attached.
You will probably need to remove the cooler, clean the CPU and cooler with isopropyl alcohol, re-apply the thermal paste and install the cooler.
Too much thermal paste is as bad as too little, also for the cooler too tight is as bad as too loose.

Drivers that need updated or removed:
Update all drivers from your Asus support site, any devices you have added need to be checked for newer drivers.
You have 20-30 out of date drivers.
ASInsHelp 1/3/2008 - Asus Ai Booster software - out of date, highly recommend to uninstall all Asus utilities, they are known to cause instability.

Remove the 'Best Buy' apps and Spotify from your startup programs, these don't need to be loaded on each boot.

No problem Golden, hope re-applying the thermal paste will solve the crashes.

I wonder what temperatures were reached with IBT - LINPACK is unforgiving if the CPU isn't cooled adequately.

That indicates the CPU cooler is not correctly attached or the thermal paste is not applied correctly.

For the Drivers, look at the 'Driverlist' folder in the Zip file you attached, Any driver with a date older than 13 July, 2009 is out of date. The only exception is the Windows drivers.
Asus is not known for having up to date drivers, do the best you can.
